If I accept your commission, it means I will go ahead and send the invoice. I’ll be contacting you to arrange for payment, and any questions I might have.
You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art.
Visual character reference sheets are strongly preferred.
Your feedback is highly necessary during the commission progress since I will show you the sketch before the cleaning process.
Changes are available during the sketch, but remember after I start working fully on the commission changes are not allowed.
My work speed is pretty fast and your commission will be done in less than a week.
If I reject it, it means I will not complete your commission request. There might be several reasons for this such as, I’m not comfortable drawing the character, the idea doesn’t quite stick with me, etc… Please don’t be upset if I say no!
You will receive the full-size illustration accordingly, along with a smaller low-resolution copy that has a more evident watermark. If you happen to need to re-upload the picture somewhere, I would appreciate it if you only upload the watermarked version or one with your nickname/own watermark, except for Commercial projects where this rule may not apply.
Do not ask me to draw in a different style. If you commission me it’s because you like my work.
You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party. This also includes the sketch.
My art is constantly in development, so if you see old Commissions or Fanart, they probably won’t be the same as they used to be. Keep this in mind, please.
I, as the artist, reserve full rights and ownership of the artwork. I reserve the right to promote myself, repost, Re-sell digitally, or reproduce it for learning purposes, in any sort of physical form (for larger projects). This includes small digital tutorials, speed paints, etc…). (unless the customer paid the previous fee of 15%).
Please know that the selling/reproduction of the artworks is mainly for learning purposes.
Noted that holding the artist for posting the artwork may cost extra unless they are commercial commissions, then this may not apply.
Important
if you request HEAVY CHANGES on the illustration, that’s NOT allowed.
My color palette will not be adjusted to your liking neither I will change it to match the colors that your character has, keep this in mind, please. (This rule does not apply to Reference Sheets) All tho the shading still will be in my style, the color palette will remain with the original colors of the character.

Private artwork or withholding the artist from posting may cost extra. (Fees explained).
I reserve the right to decline/refund any commission without question if I don’t feel comfortable with it, and deny a refund if I started the final artwork.
General Info
You as the customer, will not request any heavy changes after the artwork/illustration has been sent.
I will show you the sketch before I start to “clean up”. If you request a change I will do so but remember that, after the finishing process, I will not change anything anymore, make 100% sure in the review that everything is okay.
If after the commission you’d like to change colors in the paint like Clothes, skin, eyes, or hair, I will charge you $25. *This only will be allowed if it is for a different color from the original one, NOT to adjust to your desired color palette.

I accept (ACH or Wire Transfers, credit cards, and Stripe).
Payment is taken upfront in USD. I will be sending the invoice to the email you’ve provided.
Please make sure you can make the payment within a week.
If circumstances prevent you from making the payment within this time, please let me know and we can work something out!
I will accept partial or delayed payments as long as a specific reason and timeframe are given.
I will not start working on your commission until I receive full payment. However, if you have specific requests you can talk about them with me.
Fees and taxes may apply per transaction and quantity.
Paying for the invoice means that the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions.

Process
I will be providing a sketch WIP for approval.
Once the sketch has been approved, it will normally take me about 1 to 3 days (sometimes a week) to complete the whole drawing.
If I have any questions regarding the commission, I will message the commissioner to clarify. Please answer the questions as soon as you can to prevent delays in the process.
I DO NOT WORK on holidays, or off days. Be very patient with me (no pressure please).
Any day off out of the regular holidays will be updated on the Calendar.
You may cancel the commission without any charges if the payment hasn’t been made yet.
After
Commissioned pieces will generally be posted on social media within a few days of completion unless the customer says otherwise.
I may or may not use it for distributing digitally or physically for learning purposes or resources, more explained.
If the commission is a fanart, I will be able to use it for Gumroad, Cubebrush, prints, art books, etc.
I, as the artist, reserve full rights and ownership of the artwork. I reserve the right to repost, use and sell created art in digital or physical forms unless fees are paid.
Animating or transforming the commissions into V-tubers, IS NOT ALLOWED those are for COMMERCIAL USE ONLY, you will have to pay for the commercial format.
You are not allowed to use private commissions for social media such as; YouTube, Twitch, and any other type of platform that generates promotions or income.
Completion
You cannot use my art to re-sell it, trace it, edit it, trade it, or them for training programs, on any platform this also includes AI, or NFT (which is strictly prohibited).
Once the commission is completed, I will send you all the files in different formats through Google Drive.
You will have an unwatermarked version of the drawing and a small one with a watermark. Please use the watermarked version for upload on socials or one with your personal watermark.
Credit needed.
Minor changes to other aspects of the commissioned piece are also acceptable. However, major additions or changes may incur further charges.
